Pls Doctor, I Did Abortion For A Two Weeks Old

Pls doctor, I did abortion for a two weeks old pregnancy and now it's almost a month and still have breast milk coming out of my breast and it makes me sacred I might still be pregnancy but I did the test tube and am not. Pls help I want it to stop, my boyfriend is don't like it.
