Pls For 3cycles My Menstruation Have Been Delayed ,like Yesterday

Pls for 3cycles my menstruation have been delayed ,like yesterday by 9pm I notice a droplets of blood on my pant but no.pains since then I have not seen my menses now my waist is paining me but no blood is coming,DT is how it has been delaying for two to three days before it finally comes out.i feel its not normal and am trying to conceive.
