Pops has hypertension taking losartan and furosemide. He is 86 y/o white male. today he has felt tired all day. BP went low several times systolic below 100 diastolic ave 50. pulse is bradycardic 39 to 51. BP taken in both arms with same results lying down w/legs elevated. no chest discomfort, no ankle edema, no sweats, pale and occasional rapid breathing. he's been alert and 'doesn't feel good'. he has been sedentary. Takes Terezosin for prostsate. recovering from squamous cell carcnoma in jaw. looking more like cardiogenic shock?
