Positive ultrasound, negative blood at 5 weeks?

Hi doctor... I saw my period last 9th Decembe which came normal. But I went for an ultrasound yesterday its gave me this result that am 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I did blood test but its Negative. Pls advice am confuse.
