Last night, while camping in 20 degree weather, I was bumped in the testicle and now it feels loose and it is super sore. It was sore all evening but was excruciating based on position at nine today. Once sitting down and warmed up in the car, pain subsided. Now right testicle is tender and feels very loose in scrotum.
