Posterior pain: On the spine of the scapula, between the rhomboid major and minor, there is what seems to be protrusion of the bone or a visible bump. This is coupled with pain in the rotator cuff muscles or tendons shooting down the back (teres) and into the shoulder. Also, upward movement of the arm causes pain. This is a wresting injury in a 15 yr old male?
