Postmenopausal. 56mm hydrosalpinx in remaining tube. previous surgery to remove other ovary due to benign tumor. recent watery discharge. no pain. My question is, is it necessary to remove the tube or liquid or can it remain. Better still can it disappear on it's own accord? 52 yrs old
