Potassium Oral Tablet And Hydrochlorothiazide Tabs Is What I Need

Potassium oral tablet and Hydrochlorothiazide tabs is what I need information about. Is there a problem with taking both? About a year ago, my doctor took me off of Potassium oral tablet because of a warning on the interactions of Hydrochlorothiazide. I was put on the liquid Potassium CL. I have been taken off of Hydrochlorothiazide and would like to use the oral tablet Potassium CL. I cannot find the paperwork with the warning on the interactions. I want to be sure the warning was about Hydrochlorothiazide. Thank you for any help you can provide.
