Pp Last Few Months My Speech Tends To Become Slurred

Pp last few months my speech tends to become slurred and im having trouble concentrating. My husband thinks my personality has changed. Also have extremely dry eyes, 4 bulging disks in my neck & pinched nerve. Throat becomes,sore alot. Any idea 3hat couldmbe,going on? Im 61 year old female
