denoting reduced hydration.
 L4/5 posterior annular disc relaxation with no significant spinal
or neural compromise.
 Otherwise, no MR evidence of lumbar discs herniation or bulge.
 Normal MR signal of the conus medullaris & cauda roots.
 No gross facetal arthropathy.
 No paravertebral masses or collections
OPINION:
