Pretty Sure This Will Sound Ridiculous- I Think I Was

Pretty sure this will sound ridiculous- I think I was bit on my ear by a spider or something yesterday. It has been really itchy and seems to be getting worse. My head, neck and upper back itch so intensely it is driving me nuts. Today I have a sore throat and a weird feeling head ache almost like I am getting a migraine. I tried benadryl yesterday but did not seem to help much. The areas are a little red but not really bad and there are no hives.
