Preventative Measure Took 3 Day Mebendazole After Working With A

Preventative measure took 3 day mebendazole after working with a person who isn't treating her intestinal worm and has had them for months. I am being proactive have had no symptoms but not sure what I am to see or look for in my poop in case. The meds give me cramping my stools are softer and I think I saw something but can't confirm what. I may be paranoid but what do I do or look for in a stool ?
