Probably I Had Some Cold Affect, On Friday I Had

Probably I had some cold affect, on Friday I had two vomiting and three loose motion in morning with mild stomach pain and headache. I took ciplox tz and crocin for two days. Felt alright but not completely. Mild fever comes and goes off with tender stomach and uneasiness. Kindly suggest mediation. I am on travel.
