Prolonged Use Of This Drug Has Resulted In My Acquiring

Prolonged use of this drug has resulted in my acquiring retinal disease and permanent loss of vision: Chronic Recurrent Central Sirus Retinopathy. One of adderral's stated possible side effects is blurred vision.
This is an egregious understatement. I am in process of suing. Are there any law suit precedents?
