Pulling Behind Eye, Right Side Is Tugging And Heat Waves,

Pulling behind eye, right side is tugging and heat waves, tingles in back of neck. I have vEDS with Progressive Kyphosis, CRPS, POTS and it's been 7 days. What should I do, cardiologist isn't till sept 3rd. I ignore so much because I live in pain. When I twist my neck, I come close to falling. Disoriented and no energy.
