Q I Had BCC (nose); MOHS Surgery Done In October

Q I had BCC (nose); MOHS surgery done in October 2013; recently a throbbing sensation is experienced frequently in the same exact area, although the skin is clear. MRI of my face was done to check if it affected a nerve or soft tissue. The result:``there is no abnormal signal or mess or infiltration is seen with MRI. No enhancing lesion is seen either``. Should I ignore the sensation because it might be just neurological or there is another test I may need to be administered?
