Q I Have Been Taking Rythmol Extended Release Formula Capsules

Q I have been taking Rythmol Extended Release formula capsules 225 mg twice a day for my Aterial Fibrilation problem for 6-7 years. Last two years I have taken Propafenone Extended Release 225 mg capsule twice a day.
I do get tired early
I have pounding heart when I go a flight of stairs or slight inclination. I am breathless when walking or doing house cleaning etc
