Question I Had My Tubs Tied Almost 22yrs Ago And

Question I had my tubs tied almost 22yrs ago and just recently my husband notice that milk was coming out my breast. I just don't understand why this could be happening. My daughter thinks I might be pregnant but I can't knowing that I don't have regular period.the most I do is spot the brown stuff forAa a few hours then I'm done and this happens every so often. So help I need to know
