Question: I Have A Patient Who Has Symptoms Of Fatigue,

Question: I have a patient who has symptoms of fatigue, pain in her legs/ankles and muscle cramps mostly at night. No swelling of the ankles, feet or legs. Normal CBC/diff, normal TSH, normal LFT's and Chem 7.
Thinking of some type of myositis. Maybe Vit B 12 deficiency, as she has had this in the past. Have not checked it recently.
