Question: For The Past 6 Weeks I Have Noticed Unusual

Question: for the past 6 weeks I have noticed unusual fatigue, and the last day or two small chest pain (could be stomach?). I have a C7 spinal cord injury and am used to tiring easily, but now I'm weaker and have no energy even after coffee. Poor diet? I eat like a teenage boy (but weigh 110). SCI deterioration? Heart? I also notice I have become quite irritable in the last few months. What do you think?
