Question Of Always Feeling Dizziness, Have Had Test With Heart

Question of always feeling dizziness, have had test with heart done came back normal also have had blood work done that came back as prediabetic and currently on 500mg of metformin. But the dizziness still is persistent and sometimes is accompanied by shortness of breath and some numbness plus the general just not feeling good.. what could be going on with me?
