Question Regards 7 Year Old Granddaughter. She Spends Time Here

Question regards 7 year old granddaughter. She spends time here and gets a bath here at times and i have noticed when putting her dirty clothes in laundry the her underwear has a very strong urine smell. Also, for a young child she seems to have very strong body oder underarms. She's been using deodorant since 6 years old. Is this normal or is a physical needed to check this out?
