Question Why Or How Would Any Person Be Legally Prescribed

Question why or how would any person be legally prescribed the drug combination of Xanax, Adderall & Fentanyl all at once. When that same person was not afflicted by any sort of cancer or suffering from any type of terrible pain that would only get worse & worse as they aged. This same person was married to a celebrity comedian and actor and overweight?
