Questions about redness on my tongue woke up and it was a bit yellow brushed my teeth and it turned really red very sore rinse with Salt Water Rinse with hydrogen peroxide and have just rinse with Listerine it's extremely red and only on my tongue a bit cracked but no visible bumps what could this beWoke up with a yellow tint on my tongue. Brushed and it hurt. It is now very red and cracked looming. Rinswd with salt water and hydrogen peroxide then Listerine. What could this be. It's only on my tongue
