Quite Smoking 3 Weeks Ago I Was A Pack A

Quite smoking 3 weeks ago I was a pack a day smoker. This may be a side effect but i have a sore thoat not like a cold but feels like a muscle sore, as well a slight ears ache on the same side but the ear ache feels tender inside and itchy.. I had this checked at a walk in and he gave me some nose spray which gave me a raw bluddy nose so i stopped. he said he didnt notice anything unusual
