RIGHT KIDNEY: 9.9 Cm X 3.6 Cm X 4.2 Cm.

RIGHT KIDNEY: 9.9 cm x 3.6 cm x 4.2 cm. There is no hydronephrosis, solid renal mass, or
calculus. There is suggestion of small parapelvic cysts of right renal hilum
LEFT KIDNEY: 9.4 cm x 4.8 cm x 5.2 cm. There is no hydronephrosis or solid renal mass.
There is a echogenic focus in the midpole of the left kidney 0.4 x 0.4 cm suspicious for a
possible small nonobstructing calculus.

I had an abdominal sonogram done yesterday and this is the report I received. What does this mean??
