Rarely I Feel A Twinge In My Upper Lip, It

Rarely I feel a twinge in my upper lip, it starts to swell in that general area and after several hours my entire upper lip is severely swollen, the first time it happened it was back to normal when I woke up, 2nd time still a little swollen when I woke up. Never with odd foods. Today it happened again just before I had to drive 6 hours, it is so swollen I thought it will split
