Received A Tick Bite Over The Weekend. Wednesday Started A

Received a tick bite over the weekend. Wednesday started a 102 degree temperature that lasted for 24 hours along with most sever chills I have ever had. No appetite and moderate to severe abdomen pain since Wednesday. Very cloudy urine since yesterday. Hip pain came out of no where today (never had before). All things I can find on web say that Lymes symptoms wouldn't show up this soon. Coincidence? When searching for that, the cloudy urine/abdominal pain/fever also pointed to urinary tract or kidney infection. Thoughts?
