Recent Admission From ER, To ICU; 5 Days Total. He

Recent admission from ER, to ICU; 5 days total. He had Afib, I am not sure of Diagnosis code, but believe its around the 427 group. If that is correct? Or you can give it to me. Also I need to know if this situation would be an emerency? Oops I just noticed, I have to pay, sorry I did not see that, So I will sign out . No charges, PLEASE.
