Recent Biopsy Of A Tongue Lesion Came Back Negative For

Recent biopsy of a tongue lesion came back negative for malignancy with doctor's notes "most likely from biting or irritation from teeth". My tongue sill hurts and am looking for something over the counter to help. Need a 2nd opinion maybe? Any advice would be appreciated.
