Recent Dental Work, 4 Teeth Extracted On The Lower Jaw..

Recent dental work, 4 teeth extracted on the lower jaw.. I believe due to the pain I was feeling they injected more anesthetic then was needed. It took about 15 minutes to remove a molar(?). Now being the next day, I am bound up (impolite), no jaw pain. But I am feeling a bit fogging and my entire body does not want to move as much, Not going to blame the doctor, I know each case is different. Is there a way to flush the anesthetic out faster?
