Recent Echo & Tmt Test Shows 1st Grade LV Dystolic

Recent echo & tmt test shows 1st grade LV dystolic dysfunction and 2011 both test readings were same . My average bp was 154/100 pulse 80 . cardiologist prescribed ecospirin AV 75, repase 25 & concor 2.5 in the place of telday 40 tablets. The problem I am facing is my average heart beat comes down to 60. Is this happened because of new tablets. What is LV dystolic dysfunction?
