Recently I Had Diarrhea Which Lasted Several Weeks. It Seems

Recently I had diarrhea which lasted several weeks. It seems better now. During that time I quit taking my sertraline and fenofibrate. I did inform my FNP. I've just noticed in the last couple of days I get very light headed when standing up from picking something up off the floor or bending down to do household tasks. I am retired, 65 years old, live alone with two cats. Should I go back to taking the fenofibrate?
