Recently I Had Sex With Someone And Almost Immediately After

Recently I had sex with someone and almost immediately after I noticed 2 or 3 clumps and sort of felt weird. My first thought was maybe she had something and I asked her recently after and she says shes clean. So I thought ok ,maybe its from friction with her thong because she kept it on. I do not exactly remember which side she arranged them on and I asked and she cant think of it. I believe the sores I am seeing are on the same side which gives me the friction idea. And yes everything I notice is all on the same side. Right now it has been exactly 23 hours since we had sex. It seems to be going away I just wanted some advice. Another girl who is having my baby I am sexually active with and I just wanted to know if I should be worried the next time we do something. I know wearing protection is the best thing to prevent anything from possibly spreading but she would wonder why and I cant have those complications.


Also note it is slightly tan red skin toned.

No burning, pain or itch.
