Recently I Have Been Experiencing Burning After I Finish Urinating,

Recently I have been experiencing burning after I finish urinating, and also the urge to urinate and yet once I want to release myself, it is a very small amount of urine or nothing at all but it is still burning and painful. I have no discharge out of the normal. But I also had some lower back pain, but I took some Rilif MR tabs that helped it subside. Please tell me what this could be and what may have caused it and how I can get it treated and how dangerous it is.
