Recently I Have Been Experiencing Stiffness And Soreness All Over

Recently I have been experiencing stiffness and soreness all over my body. I have osteoarthritis but that has bee mainly in my knees. I have had one total knee replacement and am scheduled for another soon. I am at a loss to explain my muscle stiffness and pain but note that I experience this in my legs from hip to feet after I work a shift as a cashier at Lowes.
