Recently I Have Been Facing Very Vague Issue. I Am

Recently I have been facing very vague issue. I am a software developer and have habit of working late nights...sometimes whole night too...but recently I am getting to start runny nose and severe fought if I don't get into bed before 1am... The moment I start to work in extended hours I start to get cough... Did CBC and XRAY, the GP says its kind of allergy. In CBC ESO was 9%..have you heard this kind of issue? Am I suffering from more bigger issue and is it just a beginning?
