Recently I Have Been Feeling And Hearing Like Air Is

Recently I have been feeling and hearing like air is coming out of my left ear when I expire air. I asked some family members if they could hear it, but no one could, so I think it's only a feeling. I tried putting my finger next to my ear to see if I could sense the air going out, but I was unable to feel anything. What's the matter ?
