Recently I Have Been Getting Straining/light Stabbing Pains In The

Recently I have been getting straining/light stabbing pains in the left hand side of my neck. I am a 31 year old male and physically fit.
The pain comes every now and then and is a kind of strange pulsing... I first felt it, and it is most prominent in the minutes after i have ejaculated. I have had this pain for about 3 months... and have been suffering from ED for about the same period of time, but everytime I have ejaculated i have felt the pain
