Recently I Have Done My Thyroid Test...In That Report TSH

Recently I have done my thyroid test...In that report TSH value is1.37(reference range 0.30-5.5). FT3 2.55(ref range 1.7-4.2). FT4 value is 0.97(ref range 0.70-1.80) in this report they have given suggesting thyronormalcy.But my doctor gave me thyroid tablet Eltroxine 100 mg ..I am confused plz anybody help me...I have to take the tablet now or not
