Recently I Have Experienced Sudden And Severe Sweating Even Beads

Recently I have experienced sudden and severe sweating even beads of sweat on my arms which comes on suddenly with this is terrible dizziness if I close my eyes and I also feel nauseous. This lasts for at least 1/2 an hour. I am not stressed at the time and I know it is not a panic attack. Afterwards I am so exhausted I sleep.
