Recently I Have Gotten A Rash Of Some Sort. It

Recently I have gotten a rash of some sort. It started in the bends of both my arms and has spread up and down the undersides, on my chest and back and just noticed it starting on my legs. It itches like crazy and I've used hydrocortisone cream, gold bond cream and lotrisone cream. Nothing seems to be helping and I can't afford to go to the doctor, what should I do? Please help
