Recently I Have Had Issues With My Blood Pressure Being

Recently I have had issues with my blood pressure being high (seems associated with crps pain and back pain). My potassium is low as well, I am medicated for both. Before the increased pain, my blood pressure was very low. Over the last 3 days my calves have hurt, the pain is increasing tremendously. Can this be dangerous and should I have it checked
