Recently I Have Had Pain When I Wipe Myself After

Recently I have had pain when I wipe myself after peeing. Today I finally decided to check what was causing the pain and I felt a lump on the vagina opening it is starting to bother me when I sit and walk. What could be causing the lump and how should I take care of it. Thank you in advance.
