Recently I have had two major episodes of tightness in the chest, racing heart , and severe abdominal pain and breathing as if I was running a marathon and feeling like I'm going to die. In the first episode, I passed out after about 30 minutes of pain. In the last episode, pain increased for about 3 hours until projectile vomiting over and over. I did not lose consciousness this time, but felt like I was going to. Tightness in chest remains a day later.
