Recently, I have noticed that I my feet seem to get cold and it is hard to warm them up, in particular my right foot. In addition I have noticed that my right foot after driving for 10-15 minutes feels stiff like a board and only when I move my toes does it lose the feeling. In addition I noticed this morning a stiffness in the three middle toes on the right foot - not numbness, just a stiffness. It is not numb, but something it feels like something is not right. I have not been diagnosed as diabetic or have not ever been warned about this although my mother 92 and two aunts are diabetic. I am 65.
