Recently, I Have Noticed What Appears To Be Itchy Bites

Recently, I have noticed what appears to be itchy bites on rib cage, right leg , some on back and left arm. I get dry skin in the winter, but these look like bug bites. I have checked my bed for bed bugs and can't see any signs. i had a bite on my thigh that has lasted for some time and now it seems raised when I rub over it. What could it be?
