Recently I Underwent Health Check. My Blood Lipid Test: Cholesterol

Recently I underwent Health check.
My blood Lipid Test:
Cholesterol Serum: 206
HDL Cholesterol: 46
LDL Cholesterol: 141
Triglycerides: 115
Doctor advised me to start Rosuvastatin 10 mg once a day after dinner.
My blood test report is more or less same as above for last 10 years. Should I start this medication now? I do not have diabetes or BP.
