Recently I Was At My Dads House Laying Down About

Recently I was at my dads house laying down about to go to sleep because I woke up to early so I wanted to go back to bed. Than my vision went blue and blurred and my Brain almost I want to say went brain dead or froze up for a out 3 seconds. 2 seconds after it started I tried to move an I moved but my vision was blue for another second.... I dont know what happened I just am scared and need help
