Recently I Was Diagnosed With PCOD. My Doctor Said I
Recently I was diagnosed with PCOD. My doctor said I have cyst in my both the ovaries. I wanted to get pregnant but doctor said I may find difficulty to conceive. I am taking Diane 35, M2-Tone(Twice a day), Aldactone-50(Twice a day).
Can you please read my report and tell me in detail about my cyst and PCOD. Will I be able to conceive?
My report says Uterus is retroflex normal in size outline and echotexture. It measures 71*38*30 mm in size approx. Myometrial echoes are homogenous, no fibroid or focal mass lesion is seen.
Uterine cavity appears empty. no evidence of any retained POC is seen. Endometrial echo measures 10mm in thickness.
multiple small follicles are seen peripherally in both ovaries s/o?PCOD.
Pouch of Douglous is clear.
